This course is a mandatory course for management majors. Organizational Behavior is one of the basic courses in the human resource management series, which describes the psychological and behavioral patterns of people in organizations in government systems, business systems and other contexts. It is a science that helps to improve the ability of managers to predict, guide and control the behavior of the organization and its members in order to effectively achieve organizational goals.
The teaching goals of this course are:
1. to acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior, core concepts, and important theories.
2. to train students to master the methods and techniques of analyzing and solving management problems at the individual level and at the team level.
3. to train students to apply their knowledge of psychology to the field of management and to solve problems in organizational situations.
This course is designed to help students understand the nature of organizations through theoretical teaching and practical training, so that students can master the basic theoretical knowledge of applying psychological principles to the management of individuals and organizational behavior at the individual and team levels in business enterprises and other types of organizations, master the basic principles of organizational management problem analysis, develop the basic skills of setting goals and working with people, and lay the necessary theoretical foundation for subsequent courses such as recruitment and selection, training and development.
