Our governance structure considers the vertical command and horizontal guidance-that is, it has the vertical daily management organization and the horizontal professional teaching guidance organization responsible for continuously improving the MPA program quality. On the one hand, the vertical governance chain is from the School Affairs Council to the MPA Education Center is clear. The School Affairs Council, under the leadership of the dean, mainly plays the crucial role of decision- making and supervision of major issues. The MPA Education Center has significant autonomy in daily management of the MPA program. On the other hand, the MPA Education Steering Committee is set up to evaluate the cultivation of students' five capacities and provide suggestions on teaching activities and daily operation of the program.
